Service / Repair Aftercare

Planned Preventative Maintenance

Servicing is a very important and integral part of any automated system and can reduce overall running costs by helping to prevent breakdowns.

As a general rule automated systems should be serviced every six months on commercial, i.e. multiple residencies or business premises or at yearly intervals for low usage gateways, i.e. domestic residences of up to twelve operations per day.

Automated gates should also be force tested annually to ensure they comply with BSEN13241, the ‘umbrella’ standard for automated gates.

Standard Service Package

2 x service visits within a 12 month period (commercial) or 1 x service visit (domestic) including an annual force test for automated gates.

Response time in the unfortunate event of a breakdown – typically within two working days not including weekends or Bank Holidays

Bespoke Service Package

We are aware that every installation, whether commercial or domestic, is different and if you have any special requirements or circumstances dictate, we can tailor a support package to suit your needs.
