| 2 Star Plus Commercial Cover | |
| • | Two annual visits to carry out preventative maintenance on the listed equipment (Callout charge per additional call thereafter). Any parts replaced not covered by warranty will be chargeable |
| • | Reponse time – next working day (not including weekends & bank holidays) |
| • | Call out charge for breakdowns – travel and 1st hour included, thereafter £45+VAT for each additional hour or part of. |
